Researchers found that Philadelphia drivers at a roughly 65 percent higher chance of having a serious auto accident that other drivers from around the nation, who had an average time between automobile accidents of around 10 years. The only towns that ranked worse than Philly were Washington, D.C., and Baltimore, Maryland.
